About Us
Samoa Realty is the only full service
professional real estate firm. Samoa Realty has six marketing agents and three sales
support staff. As Samoa does not have multiple listing services our larger staff gives us
more selling power and therefore more customers come to us to "list" of property
for sale. Most of the others who hold themselves out as realty agents have no previous
real estate experience or training, have not passed any property examinations, operate
without disclosing the fees and charges, do not have agency listing agreements, and
typically operate from their car or house.
Samoa Realty requires its agents to study and
pass overseas real estate training, learn Samoa laws and relevant ordinances, and pass a
practical Samoan property examination. Our agents agree to employment contracts before
training that restrict them from competing with us and require at least three years
service with annual contract renewals thereafter.
Samoa Realty endeavors to portray a
professional image. It makes certain of this by training all sales agents before putting
them in the field. All agents are made aware of all ethical and legal aspects of buying
and selling real estate, as well as making sure that proper searches of title are carried
out to ensure passing of good title to the next owner. Samoa Realty deals only with the
buying and selling of freehold property.
