| Samoa Realty was
first established in 1988 and was then known as Samoa Express Ltd. In 1997 the
company name was changed to Samoa Realty Ltd under the management of Mr.
George Hadley. It wasn't until 2001 that Samoa Realty Ltd was sold
and effectively changed its name to Samoa Realty Ltd, under the new management of Mrs.
Rosita Brighouse-Slaven. Since its
first establishment, Samoa Realty has led the real estate market in Samoa for quite some
time now, and has been the only full service professional real estate firm in the country
until quite recently. Samoa now has about four other real estate
companies in the market, but Samoa Realty is pleased to still have the
most well-staffed agency in town.
Samoa Realty is the only
fully staffed real estate company in Apia. Our real estate team consist
of a Managing Director, a Sales Manager, a Property Manager, an
Administration and Marketing Manager, a Sales Assistant, a Property
Management Assistant, four Sales reps, 2 property management reps and a
Receptionist.
